A natural leader with a strong drive for success, he inspires those around him with his determination. His sports experience has instilled in him the values of perseverance, resilience, and leading his team by example.

Beginning his journey as a Site Labour Consultant at Bilnor Staffing Solutions in 2019, he was mentored by one of the industry’s finest, Isak Lombard. Rochwill gained a solid foundation by starting at the grassroots level. He firmly believes that by nurturing a culture of trust, respect, and open communication, any challenges that arise can be overcome successfully. He is one of a kind, and the whole team respects and follows his lead.

Starting out as a young apprentice under the mentorship of Isak Lombard at Bilnor, Michael quickly made his mark with his dedication and keen eye for talent. However, the call of the recruitment world proved too strong to resist, and Michael rejoined the Bilnor team a few years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a renewed passion for helping others find their perfect fit. Receiving so many CV’s also made her understand the great number of unemployed South Africans who needs a job. Her dedication and commitment were quickly evident, propelling her to evolve into a skilled Finance Clerk. With unwavering loyalty as her compass, Bianca’s helpful demeanor and strong communication skills have made her an invaluable asset, thriving even under pressure. Currently juggling her role as a Financial Clerk while pursuing further studies, she embodies the ethos of continual growth and dedication.
